Items - Search Options

NOTE: Search selections will be retained.

Items List

The list of items will display the following information about each item.  For more search and specified searches refer to the section : Search Options.

Item ID	Item name as captured by the user.
Stem Text	Item / Question stem - (if blank item stem could be an image).
Author	User logged into Assess.ai at time of item authoring.
Created	Date Item was created.
Modified	Date of last modification to item.
Status	Status of Item - Active, New, Review, Archived NOTE: Items with a Retired Status can not be added to a test.
Actions Ellipsis	Duplicate or Delete Item (only items that have not been part of a test can be deleted.

 

Advanced Search Options

Click on Advanced Search for more search options:

Search : Enter the name or part of the name of an item and press enter.	Incomplete: Select Items based on whether the items are flagged and incomplete or complete.
Authors: Using the drop-down menu select the Author and click on Apply.	Selected: Select Items based on whether the items are flagged as Selected.
Tags: Select the Item Tag and click on Apply.
Any Tag Search:	Any Tag is defaulted to checked.

More Advanced Search Options

For more filter options (Incomplete and Selected)  select Advanced Search.

Export Search Results

The Export function will display that allows either the export of All items or Export the Search results. (#) indicates how many items will be exported.
