Tests are managed by tagging, following the same approach used for items, assets, and sessions. A hierarchy for test tagging is established by users through the Tags module, and subsequently, these tag(s) are assigned to tests.
For example, tests could be tagged by Subject and School Year, simplifying the search process.
To locate tests, employ the Search or Filters functionality available on the left. Users may alternatively conduct a search by inputting a partial or complete test description.
To access a test and review or edit its items, click on the test name within the Test ID column.
Archiving and Un-archiving a Test
It is important to note that all items in an archived test will no longer be available to edit, only the Item - New Version option is available.
For tests that are no longer needed, archiving is the appropriate action. This can be accomplished by choosing the ellipsis on the right of the Test name and selecting the archive option.
Items that are in an archived test will be locked, any edits to these items will create a new version of the item.
Upon archiving, the test will no longer be visible on the Tests screen. To access Archived Tests, utilize the Advanced Search option on the left of the screen and check the Display archived checkbox.
