Exporting Items

The export feature will export all or selected items. 

There are 2 formats available:

Excel or QTI

Excel will export the items to an excel spreadsheet.

The following fields are provided in the export.  Most of these are directly from Assess.ai.  The most noteworthy is the Force New Version field, which is used to upload metadata.  For example, if you deliver a test and analyze the data with psychometric software and need to upload the statistics, you can paste them into this Export file and re-upload by setting the Force New Version field to N and hiding the columns you are not going to edit.

Export with Link to Images

The Excel export format includes an option to Export with a Link to Images (Assets).

The export will be displayed on the Notifications screen:

Click on Download and navigate to the downloads folder

The link to the Assets will be included in the Question Text :
