Bulk Item Editor

The Bulk Editor is available on the Item Screen to edit the data for a selection of items.

Selecting the Items to edit

• Select the Item Bank
• Select the Items to Edit

       

• Select the Bulk Edit Button (the number of items selected will be displayed on the Bulk Edit Button)

            

         

The fields available for Bulk Editing are:

• Tag
• Item Status
• Reference
• Add Test

       

• • Tag - Select the Tag to Add or the Tag to Remove

       

• • Item Status - Select the Status for the selected items
  • NOTE: Items with a Retired Status can not be added to a test.

         

•      Reference - Select the Reference to Add or the Tag to Remove

         

• Add Test:  Add the selected items to a Test

         

•  Enter the Test Name and Test Tag.  The test will be available in the Tests Module.
• Custom Field - Enter the data for the selected items (e.g. Original Author)

         

  Click on Edit to accept the changes.
