The Sessions module defaults to a list of existing sessions, as seen below. As with similar list/table screens in Assess.ai, you can search/filter to find the session you need, and then click on it to enter the create/edit screen. Filters are based on tags; for example, you might tag all sessions by Grade Level, Subject, and School Year.
As with other modules, you can select rows with the check boxes and then select delete or duplicate.
Note: you cannot delete a session that has been locked and delivered.
Click on the Actions Ellipses for the following Functions:

Unlock | Unlock the Session - Sessions that are unlocked cannot be delivered |
Archive | Archive a Session - Archived Sessions are "grayed out" |
Unarchive | Unarchive a Session |
Duplicate | Duplicate a Session |
Delete | Delete a Session (sessions that are locked or delivered cannot be deleted) |
Make Unavailable | Make the session unavailable for Examinees |

Test Credits
The number of Test Credits available can be found by selecting Admin and Account:
The Account Status Screen - indicates the information about the the available components of Assess.ai
The Test Credits indicates the balance of Test Credits available for the account.

Test Debits and Credits
Test Credits are debited from the account when a Session is locked or when any additional examinees are added to the test.
The number of Test Credits debited will be determined by the number of Examinees and the number of tests in a Session.
e.g. A Session with 2 Tests and 4 Examinees will use 8 Test Credits.
Test Credits will be returned to the account when a Session is unlocked or when an Examinee is deregistered from a Test Session.
