The Workspace configuration options allow for the Examinee email and Examinee External ID to be set as mandatory. To enable these Examinee fields as mandatory fields go to Admin / Configuration / Examinee Requirements.
The Examinees screen displays existing examinees in your workspace. If you need to find a specific examinee to edit, use the Search or Filters fields on the left side of the screen. Filters include the option to search between 2 dates.
To select an examinee, click on the ID and the Edit Examinee screen opens. Make the edits you need, then click Save.
Setting Accommodations for an Examinee
- Allow extra time
- enter the time multiplier value:
- Allow bathroom breaks
- Allow read aloud / screen reader
The Examinee Time Accommodations will be displayed on the Session Examinees tab when adding an examinee to a session.
All Examinee Accommodations are visible on the Session View:
You can use the check boxes to multi-select examinees and Export the selection.
Note: Examinees that are allocated to a Session cannot be deleted.
