Users that have the Partner Admin Role have the rights to Configure the Workspace.
There are 7 parts to the Configuration Setup:

Emails for User Login Report |
At the end of each month a User Login Report will be emailed to the addresses entered. The user login report is an audit trail of all logins to Assess.ai during the Previous month. |
Should the Passing Point or Cutscore be inclusive or exclusive? |
The Passing Point or Cutscore is added to the Scoring section of a Test. There are 2 formats that could be used for the Passing Point or Cutscore: Inclusive: if a cutscore of 70 is required, the Inclusive format will include 70 as a pass and any candidate that gets 70 and above will pass. Exclusive: if a cutscore of 70 is required, the Exclusive format will exclude 70 as a pass and any candidate that gets 71 and above will pass. |
Expiration Date | This is the date that this instance of Assess.ai with expire. |
Disable Internet Explorer Support |
When selected this option will prevent a Candidate from taking a test using Internet Explorer. |
Implement auto-naming of items

Newly created items will have the naming rule of "New.BankName.Number", where the number is automatically sequenced. |

Prevent users from scheduling a session more that ____ days from the current date. |
Feature will only allow sessions to be created by the specified number of days before the session is due to commence. |
Control start date of a session |
Admins can set a date limit for users when creating a new session. i.e. Users are only able to set a session 7 days before a session start. |
Logo | The logo is displayed to users in the upper left area of the screen, and on the login portal screen for examinees. |
Users (tags) | User must have at least one tag assigned. |
Watermark | Display an image/logo/watermark in header of test delivery interface. (jpg or png files are accepted) |
Sessions Configuration
Limit Sessions to only one test, and set cutscore at Session Level, not Test |
This feature is used to set the cut score of the test at a session level. Note: Cut-scores cannot be set in both the Session and Test |
Require all sessions to use lockdown browser |
For security reasons all sessions will be enabled with Weblock Lockdown Browser. |
User Candidate confirmation for all sessions. |
An additional screen will be displayed to all candidates to confirm their information |
Send confirmation email to examinees and display result in session dashboard. (upcoming feature) |

Multifactor Authentication
When selected Multi-factor authentication will require users to login to Assess.ai using MFA. See notes for Users - Multi-factor Authentication - Users
LTI Setup
This option is for setting the API between Assess.ai and an LMS.
Test Center Agreement
A Test Center Agreement can be setup for all users that sign up using the Self - Registration option. User Sign-up and Approval
Swimlanes
High-quality items go through a Review process that is often managed in stages, such as Content Review, Psychometric Review, and Bias Review. These are visually presented in Assess.ai as Swimlanes in a Kanban board. Use this screen to configure the Swimlanes for the workspace.
The Swimlanes can be accessed by going to Items and clicking on Review, any Items with a Review Status will be displayed.
Custom Fields for Item Metadata
Create and edit custom fields for Item Metadata. Custom fields can be added to either the About or Statistics information of the items
- Enter the Name of the Custom Field
- Select the type of Custom Field required
- Text
- Number
- Select the Place for the Custom Field
- About Tab
- Statistics Tab
- Select Required
- Yes - the user/item author is required to enter data for this custom field
- No - the user/item author is not required to enter data for this custom field
These additional fields can be edited by going to the Item and clicking on either About or Statistics.
Editing a Custom Field
A list of custom fields will be displayed on the Configuration Screen
To edit a Custom Field select the Pencil icon
Name: Change the name of the custom field
Place: Change to the location of the custom field
- Statistics screen
- About screen
Required:
- Yes - data must be entered for this custom field
- No - data is optional for this custom field
To delete a Custom Field select the Bin icon
Note: If a custom field is deleted all data previously captured for the custom field will be lost.
Selecting the Information to display on the Items List
Partner Admin users can select which fields to display on the Item List. Item Name and Stem Text will always be displayed.
Check the fields that are required as headings on the Item List.
