Users that have the Partner Admin Role have the rights to Configure the Workspace.
There are 7 parts to the Configuration Setup:

Emails for User Login Report |
At the end of each month a User Login Report will be emailed to the addresses entered. The user login report is an audit trail of all logins to Assess.ai during the Previous month. |
Should the Passing Point or Cutscore be inclusive or exclusive? |
The Passing Point or Cutscore is added to the Scoring section of a Test. There are 2 formats that could be used for the Passing Point or Cutscore: Inclusive: if a cutscore of 70 is required, the Inclusive format will include 70 as a pass and any candidate that gets 70 and above will pass. Exclusive: if a cutscore of 70 is required, the Exclusive format will exclude 70 as a pass and any candidate that gets 71 and above will pass. |
Expiration Date | This is the date that this instance of Assess.ai with expire. |
Disable Internet Explorer Support |
When selected this option will prevent a Candidate from taking a test using Internet Explorer. |
Logo | The logo is displayed to users in the upper left area of the screen, and on the login portal screen for examinees. |
Note: The subdomain for Assess.ai is not editable.
Multifactor Authentication
When selected Multi-factor authentication will require users to login to Assess.ai using MFA. See notes for Users - Multi-factor Authentication - Users
LTI Setup
This option is for setting the API between Assess.ai and an LMS.
ECOS Setup
This option is Client Specific.
SAML (Security assertion markup language)
Optional - additional security layer for user logins to Assess.ai.
Swimlanes
High-quality items go through a Review process that is often managed in stages, such as Content Review, Psychometric Review, and Bias Review. These are visually presented in Assess.ai as Swimlanes in a Kanban board. Use this screen to configure the Swimlanes for the workspace.
The Swimlanes can be accessed by going to Items and clicking on Review, any Items with a Review Status will be displayed.
Custom Fields for Item Metadata
Create and edit custom fields for Item Metadata. Custom fields can be added to either the About or Statistics information of the items
- Enter the Name of the Custom Field
- Select the type of Custom Field required
- Text
- Number
- Select the Place for the Custom Field
- About Tab
- Statistics Tab
These additional fields can be edited by going to the Item and clicking on either About or Statistics.
