Answer:Our tests performs best with the latest version of Google Chrome. We recommend that you do not use Internet Explorer, as our tests are not well supported with that browser. |

Question:What devices are supported for test taking? |
Answer:We recommend that all tests be taken on any laptop computer. Some tests can be taken with an iPad. To see if your test is compatible with iPads, contact your testing administrator. Smartphones are not supported. |

Question:My internet failed during the exam. What do I do? |
Answer:Your test prevents answer loss and time loss in the event of a network failure. Please attempt to log back into the test and continue where you left off. If you must reschedule your exam, please contact your program administrator. |
